By accessing or using AuroraPlaytime (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

AuroraPlaytime is intended for adults who meet the legal age requirement applicable in their jurisdiction. The Service is provided solely for personal, recreational, and non-commercial use.

3. Player profiles and credentials

When you create a player profile, your username, password data, and related progress are stored locally within your browser. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Because this information is not maintained through a remote player-account system, AuroraPlaytime may be unable to restore profiles or progress that are deleted, corrupted, or lost from your device.

4. Nature of the gaming experience

• AuroraPlaytime is a free social gaming platform and does not require purchases to access its gameplay features.
• The Service does not offer or facilitate real-money gambling, betting, wagering, deposits, withdrawals, or cash-based transactions.
• Points, XP, levels, ranks, achievements, and other virtual features are provided for entertainment only, have no monetary or transferable value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, goods, services, or prizes.

5. Appropriate use

You agree to use AuroraPlaytime lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to interfere with the Service, bypass security measures, gain unauthorized access, manipulate functionality, distribute harmful code, or use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

6. Ownership of site content

The AuroraPlaytime name, branding, artwork, text, interface elements, graphics, and other site materials are owned by AuroraPlaytime or their respective rights holders. Unless permission is expressly granted, these materials may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or used commercially.

7. Service availability

AuroraPlaytime is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, or error-free operation. Maintenance, browser issues, technical faults, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AuroraPlaytime will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, temporary interruptions, technical issues, or loss of locally stored player information.

We may revise these Terms of Use when AuroraPlaytime features, operating practices, or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
